I logged in to an old Yahoo email address the other day to find some emails I sent years ago.
They were gone.
Turns out Yahoo deletes archived emails from accounts people haven’t logged in to in at least a year.
They didn’t bother to send me a warning even though they have my current email address in their system.
A decade’s worth of emails I wrote to friends, family, and God knows who else are gone.
Bummer.
Download emails you might want to revisit some day.
