Dear newsletter publisher,
1. You don’t need as many subscribers as you think to get what you want.
2. Have more 1-1 conversations with your readers. You’ll be surprised how many of your assumptions about them are wrong.
3. Never write an intro that tells readers what you’re about to tell them – just get right to the telling.
4. If you charge for your newsletter, paying should get subscribers more than just the newsletter.
5. Nothing’s less valuable than a poorly-curated newsletter. But nothing’s more valuable than a well-curated one.
