I’m not a fan of gimmicky Twitter handles.  

When people incorporate emojis, jokes, or other nonsense into their account name I tend to think it’s silly.  

But James Stuber’s account name caught my eye.  

It tells me he makes videos.  

It tells me he’s committed to making at least 100 of them (and has made 30 so far as I type this).  

It invites me to follow his journey.  

It’s a way to hold himself publicly accountable (I assume).  

It’s a reminder to him when he’s on Twitter that he should probably be spending that time working on his next video (I assume).  

It may be a gimmick, but it’s not silly.
